He is an experienced and practiced organizational designer and facilitator.

Brad's enthusiasm for learning is focused on organisational and informarion systems design, project leadership, change and transition management. He holds tertiary qualifications in Business Management and Quality Management. Professional affiliations for Brad include Associate Fellow of the Australian Institute of Management (AIM) and Member of the International Association of Facilitators (IAF). Glenn Wran

Glenn Wran is a highly experienced general manager in both the private and public sectors with frequent exposure to government relationships on many complex issues. He currently serves on several boards and has business interests in commercial finance, data management software, management buyouts, property development and organic skin care.

Most recent projects with clients have focused on corruption prevention, fleet management, procurement strategy, property management and electronic records management. He has a Master of Business Administration and a Graduate Certificate in Commercial Law.

Peter Farr

Peter has many years experience in successfully directing major strategic planning, design and implementation assignments for governments, private sector organisations and not-for-profit organisations in several States/Territories.

Peter has a combination of eminent professional qualifications; over thirty five years experience in the IT and telecommunications industry in Australia and overseas; considerable experience as a management consultant involved in very challenging projects; expertise in strategic business planning; comprehensive knowledge of industry sectors which include technology, education/training and health/aged care.

He has a comprehensive understanding of the Triple Bottom Line concept and has authored reports, papers and a book chapter on this topic. He was one of the first consultants in Australia to be licensed by the Federal Government to deliver the World Competitive Manufacturing strategic planning methodology and has authored many engineering papers and reports.

Malcolm Cantor

Mal has been a professional management consultant for 15 years. He has broad based consulting and management experience. He has worked in mining, retail, manufacturing, IT systems and IBM Consulting.

He has implemented short interval control management systems for mining, implemented software packages in a number of industries and countries in Asia. Mal has a special interest in the development of productive work places by enabling management and workers to engage with implementation work.
