Brad Rilatt

Over the past 25 years, Brad has helped thousands of people in public and private organizations throughout Australia and the Asia Pacific region to achieve their tactical and strategic goals and to create and pursue their desired futures. He is an experienced and practiced organizational designer and facilitator.

Brad's enthusiasm for learning is focused on organisational design, systems viability, cultural change and dialogue. He holds tertiary qualifications in Business Management and Quality Management.

Professional affiliations for Brad include Associate Fellow of the Australian Institute of Management (AIM) and Member of the International Association of Facilitators (IAF). In 2005, Brad demonstrated his professionalism and competence to the IAF and a panel of international assessors and was awarded international standing as a Certified Professional Facilitator (CPF).

As a professional facilitator, Brad has assisted his clients to be more effective in their job roles and to implement effective enterprise capabilities with which to pursue personal, group and corporate futures. Dr Ray McHale

Ray has an unshakeable belief in the essential role of relationships within any organisational setting (collectively what he calls ‘relationship capital’).

He has nearly 40 years experience working in various industries characterised by robust competition and has successfully undertaken senior roles in established and start-up businesses.

While undertaking his Doctorate for unique research in the field of Relationship Marketing, Ray developed StoRI® (‘Strength of Relationship Index’), a most advanced and effective model for measuring the strength of stakeholder relationships. Ray specialises in assisting organisations identify, measure and manage key stakeholder relationships and has since worked with many organisations to help them achieve measureable performance improvement through intelligent and effective stakeholder relationship management.

Ray graduated with a Bachelor of Business (Accountancy), holds a MBA (International Business) and a Doctorate (DBA).

Robert McEntyre

Robert McEntyre is a business and management consultant who has diverse experience across the private, public and not-for-profit sectors. Robert's areas of expertise include strategy development and implementation, business model reviews, business process management and organisation reviews.

Dr Dominique Beck

Dr Dominique Beck is regarded as a highly skilled facilitator, strategy advisor and qualitative researcher in the areas of strategic human resource management, diversity and organizational effectiveness as well as corporate culture and change.

She has worked on major projects in the public and private sector, with organizations such as a State utility provider, manufacturing and construction companies, a legal firm and been involved in the training of Commonwealth police personnel.

Dr Scott Bourke
